What you need to know about workplace psychological assessments
An organisation’s employees are its biggest asset, and it’s no secret that healthy and happier employees perform. A psychological assessment helps organisations understand the current health and well-being of its people, teams and leaders.
This type of psychological testing and assessment for employment can be used to better understand an employee’s experience of work, and to identify the things that positively or negatively influence health and well-being. This could include, for example, the day to day work conditions, the culture as well as other key functions such as leadership.
General health and well-being are not static. It is a dynamic process that changes over time and employers must monitor, understand and proactively influence the well-being of their employees and the organisation.
